CEO / General Contractor
As the General Contractor at Kahakai Construction, Andy brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Andy is originally from Poland and began his construction career in San Diego before eventually relocating to Hawaii. His extensive background encompasses a wide range of projects, including high-end remodels, new construction, and insurance work, allowing him to develop a keen understanding of the intricacies of the trade. Andy is deeply committed to delivering the highest level of quality in every project, ensuring that clients receive exceptional results that stand the test of time. Sebastian Krzyz
Director of Operations
Sebastian is the Director of Operations at Kahakai Construction, with a diverse background in financial services, marketing, recruiting, and extensive experience in managing teams. Born and raised in San Diego, Sebastian grew up around construction his entire life as the son of a general contractor and developed a deep understanding of the industry from a young age. He now oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, estimating, and project management, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, with the highest level of quality and service. With a Level 3 Xactimate certification, he also specializes in insurance reconstruction estimates, providing precise cost forecasting. Sebastian plays a strategic role in driving the company’s growth, enhancing its brand, and implementing initiatives that foster long-term success while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Keoni Rosa
Architect
Keoni, a registered architect with 35+ years of experience, specializes in architecture, interior design, and graphic design. His diverse portfolio includes award-winning commercial and residential projects such as clubhouses, wellness centers, restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and custom homes.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Keoni earned his Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and studied architecture in Florence, Italy. He is licensed in Hawaii and California and served as a North Park Community Planning Committee board member for eight years.
His accolades include an ASID Award of Excellence (2008), a Green Innovation Award (2009), and features in The Wall Street Journal (2014), Riviera, and San Diego Magazine (2015). He has also contributed to USGBC Home Tours in 2015 and 2018.
